Founded by Dr. Gallina in 1996 MedLeg originally focused on medical/legal issues in the workplace, particularly worker’s compensation, occupational health and safety, and disability management. Since then MedLeg has expanded to consult on all issues in employment relations that includes employment standards and the gig economy, problems with temporary foreign workers, and, issues with the unionized workforce.
